My 55 Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
55 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer every day in Australia.Β
And in October 2020, I was one of them.Β
Since receiving the diagnosis I have undergone chemo treatment and once thatβs finished, Iβll still have surgery and other treatments to follow. A long road ahead but the good news is Iβm responding to treatment really well and kicking goals.Β
And this is due to all the breast cancer research over the years! For this reason, Iβm completing the 55 squats a day for the whole month of March (my birthday month!) to raise funds for breast cancer research. Youβre welcome to join me or a small donation would be welcomed.Β
