I'm now a Zero Hero

In 2020, my beautiful bestie, Megan, passed away after a 12 year battle with breast cancer at the age of 55. You can read more about her here: https://nbcf.org.au/megan-diagnosed-2008-and-2019/

I'm hosting an event because I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that. 

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

I really believe research is the best way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated. NBCF is working towards one goal: zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030. Together we can help them get there.

Thanks to your support we have raised around $1000 from online and cash donations. Special shout out to the residents of Sea Change, Emerald Lakes who kindly allowed me to use their beautiful premises for the fundraiser recital, and were a beautiful audience who were generous in their support. This donations page is still accepting donations until the 24th April and I will be uploading videos from the event to my Facebook page for those who could not attend. Thank you so much.
