Dear Friends,
I love a cheeky drink or two but this January I’m giving up booze to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s cancer research.
I’m doing this to honour my two beautiful friends who have/had breast cancer and to acknowledge the enormity of their strength when living with cancer, and the sacrifices they have had to make because of this disease.
A month of no boozing seems such a small sacrifice but the money we raise from this helps fund research than can prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated.
