FREE Yoga + Meditation 🌸 Sunday 8th March

Join us on Sunday, 8th March 10 – 11 AM at the studio
2/4 Main North Rd, Blakeview for a special drop-in yoga session to support breast cancer research.

🧘‍♀️ **The Flow:** All levels welcome. Just wear something pink, bring your mat and your breath.
💗 **The Cause:** 100% of proceeds go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to fund world-class research.

Let's fill the room with pink, purpose, and good energy.

In Terri's Honour

Tuesday 10th Feb
For those who didn't know, Terri was a client who became my dear friend. In 2017, Terri lost 15kgs in one of my 8 Week Challenges, which enabled her to feel a lump hiding in her breast. The lump was stage 3 Breast Cancer. After a solid fight to live her best life with her family, Terri lost her battle in January this year. 

In her honour, I am hosting our Pause & Flow Yoga & Meditation free event, an opportunity to raise much-needed funds for breast cancer research.  Please, if you can make a donation to help us make a difference. Terri has 4 young daughters, who shouldn't have lost their mum. 

Let's pay it forward Girl Gang, for ourselves, our daughter & granddaughters.
