My Why - My Mum & my friends
My mum was diagnosed in 2007 in her Right Breast, then in 2016, she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in her left Breast.
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia.
Almost 20,000 women and men will be diagnosed this year. That’s 55 Australians every single day and a further 9 will lose their life.
This June, I've made a pledge to WEAR IT to raise funds for game-changing research into early detection and preventative treatments for breast cancer, which is vital to increasing survival rates.
Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.
