I'm now a Pink Hero
Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people in Australia die every day from this disease?
When I was 3 years old my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer and she received amazing medical care due to the research from the NBCF. Mum and I now enjoy participating in triathlons together and love going on long rides together on the weekend. I am very grateful that we get to do this together.
I've decided to do a 112 km bike ride (representing the number of women diagnosed each weekend) with my mum from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay. This will help to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
Please support me and my pledge to save lives and make a difference.
Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal. Together, we can stop deaths from breast cancer.
