Let us introduce ourselves

We are a team of 17 women who play soccer in Division 1 for Pittwater RSL on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We have our beautiful manager, Kim (bless), and our rockstar coach, Dave.

One game this season, Dave watched us score some wicked goals and said "If you girls score 10, I'll shave my head for cancer'. Aaaand would ya believe it.... we scored 13! Dave is now ready to say goodbye to his luscious locks and fundraise for breast cancer on our soccer presentation evening in September. 

The powerful nature of cancer has affected everyone in our team, one way or another. So we support and empower each other, week by week. Our plan to raise money will contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation's goal: zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030. 

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

We believe research is the best way to prevent deaths, and improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed and treated.
