I’ve created this page because I have lost a very special person to breast cancer and want to honour Alycia’s memory.
I’m inspired by the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s work and want to help them raise much needed funds for breast cancer research. I want a future where no one has to lose a loved one to breast cancer.

Goodbye Alycia
Sunday 4th AugI am deeply saddened to announce the passing of my sister, Alycia Park. Alycia’s warmth, kindness, and spirit touched everyone who knew her. She passed away peacefully on Sunday 4th August, surrounded by her loved ones. While we mourn this immense loss, we find solace in the beautiful memories we shared.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Townsville University Hospital oncology and palliative care unit for their care, kindness, and support during this difficult time.
Family and friends of Alycia are invited to a Celebration of Life Memorial drinks at Cactus Jacks on Wednesday 7th August, starting at 5pm.
Alycia had requested that in lieu of flowers a donation to the Breast Cancer Foundation be made in her memory.
