Hello everyone 

I've created this page because I have lost too many family members to breast cancer but also because it would have been my mum’s 59th birthday next week if BC hadn’t of taken her from us. 

I could leave flowers at her grave or go out for tea with the family and celebrate the time we had with her but that just seems like a waste of money as it isn’t going to help prevent anyone else from going through what mum and many others have. 

 I want a future where no one has to lose a loved one to breast cancer.

Please help me honour not only MY mum but every other mum/ daughter/ sister/ Aunty/ friend/ wife etc that has lost their battle.

? In 2020, an estimated 20,168 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer.
? In 2021, an estimated 20,825 Australians will be diagnosed with breast 

The risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer by age 85 is 1 in 7 for women and 1 in 675 for men.

In 2020, it is estimated that 19,974 new cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in Australia (167 males and 19,807 females). In 2016, the age-standardised incidence rate was 65 cases per 100,000 persons (1.0 for males and 126 for females).
