My 57 Squat Challenge for breast cancer research
57 Australian women everyday are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 will lose their life. Alarming.
Lucky that with funds raised in events like this, research progresses, treatment advances and more lives like hopefully mine will be saved.
My amazing Viva Fitness Adelaide family are running the 57 Squat challenge and throwing an epic fundraiser and birthday party for me to finish!! I will be completing 57 squats every day for the month of march whether I’m still in hospital or not! Aaaand you can too!
