Beginner
Make a self-donation to your fundraising page on registration and kick start your 55 Squat Challenge at beginner level.

Intermediate
When you raise $150 you'll reach intermediate level and receive a free NBCF resistance band, proven to help improve strength and toning. Only 2500 available.

Advanced
Be one of the first 200 people to raise $500 on your fundraising page and you'll receive a free NBCF singlet so you can look the part while completing your squats at advanced level.
