About

Step Up to Breast Cancer challenges you to complete 10,000 steps a day throughout August, raise money for vital breast cancer research and become a National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) Super Stepper.

Imagine telling your friends and family that you have completed the equivalent of five marathons in one month and raised money for life-saving breast cancer research. Step up to Breast Cancer with us this August and you can. Complete your steps in a team, or on your own, at the gym, with your work colleagues, on the beach or whilst doing the shopping. However you choose to complete your 10,000 steps a day, know that every step you take and every dollar you raise will help make a lasting difference to the future of breast cancer research.

"Without targeted therapy for my type of breast cancer, my prognosis would be much different - this was when I really understood and valued the work of NBCF. Completing the Step Up to Breast Cancer challenge was the least I could do to raise awareness and much needed funds for NBCF and breast cancer research."
