FAQs

How many people can I have in my team?

The more the merrier! You can have as many people join your team as you like. We have had teams of 6 – 14 in previous years.

What support will I receive once I sign up?

Once you register, we’ll supply you with all the information and fundraising tips and tools to help make your participation a success. We are also happy to organise a fundraising boot- camp session at your office to assist you and your team with your fundraising.

Do I have to have a unique email for each registration?

Yes, you do. The platform will not let you register yourself without a unique email address.

I’m having difficulty signing up. Can you help?

We are happy to help! Contact Lana on communityfundraising@nbcf.org.au to guide you through the process.

My team captain has paid my registration fee but it is asking me to pay?

You will need to use the link that was sent to you when your team captain registered the whole team. That way, it will link to the team and won’t ask you to pay a fee.

I can’t register my team?

All registrations need to have a unique email address, so if you are putting your email address in for each of your team, the platform won’t let you do that.

Why do I have a dollar amount that is not my donation on my individual fundraising page?

This is due to you opting in to cover the fees associated with your payment amount. The platform gives you the opportunity to choose whether you would like to help cover the costs or not.

How do I join my team page?

Your team captain will invite you to join their team when they have signed up. Alternatively when you set up your own individual page, you will have the option to join a team.

My page has stopped working?

Please get in contact with Lana at communityfundraising@nbcf.org.au and Lana will help resolve your issue. Please can you  include your name, company & page URL in the email.

I’ve forgotten my password?

You can request a reset of your password through the platform. Click on “login” and then the forgot password link under “member login.”

How can I change my page URL?

You will need to login into your account. Go to my account and scroll down to personal URL.

Can NBCF use the photos from the event day in future communications?

Yes, however we will always ask permission from the people or teams involved before using the images.

How will the money I raise be used?

The money you raise from Bridge to 2030 funds research programs across Australia. We’re aiming to raise $200K which could help keep our researchers in the lab and on the road to discovery. Creating a better tomorrow for those impacted by breast cancer.
